Please do not call the office and ask for a status of the application once it has been submitted. This will inherently slow down the process. Please allow 30 days to process the application once it has been submitted.

Q. Can I rent my home right after I purchase it?
A. Yes, you must notify the Property Manager prior to doing so. You cannot rent more than twice per 12 month period.
Q. Are there any pet restrictions?
A. Yes, no Owner shall have more than two (2) dogs residing in a Unit. Pit bulls, Doberman pinschers, and Rottweilers are prohibited from residing and visiting within the community.
